Her expertise spans behavioral health, home health, hospice, durable medical equipment (DME), physician practices, and other healthcare service providers.
As the founder of Healthcare Office Solutions LLC in 2012, Lorie has guided organizations through successful accreditations, optimized operations, implemented electronic health records (EHR) systems, and improved financial benchmarks and outcome-based ratings. She is well-versed in CHAP, ACHC, and JCAHO standards, ensuring providers meet and exceed industry expectations.
Lorie’s consultative approach has supported organizations of all sizes, aligning business goals with regulatory compliance and patient-centered care. She is a certified consultant with the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) in home health and hospice and actively contributes to the Home Health and Hospice Financial Management Association (HHFMA) through committees and mentorship programs.
Beyond her professional achievements, Lorie serves as a board member for Parimvita and is a devoted wife and mother of two, balancing her passion for healthcare innovation with her love for family.

Tina is a seasoned healthcare leader and registered nurse with over 25 years of experience across Assisted Living Facilities (ALF), Long-Term Care (LTC), Home Health, and Hospice. As Chief Clinical Officer of Healthcare Office Solutions LLC, she guides organizations toward innovative, data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and quality of care.
She has partnered with providers ranging from small agencies to large multi-site organizations, delivering expertise in outsourced services, clinical systems, and industry best practices. Tina’s leadership has been instrumental in helping clients meet accreditation standards, optimize operations, and elevate care delivery. Her background includes extensive work in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) implementation, workforce development, and accreditation processes, driving measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
In addition to her consulting work, Tina is a contributing member of the Nursing Research & Innovation Committee for Ballad Health, advancing evidence-based practices and fostering innovation in nursing care.
Beyond her professional achievements, Tina is devoted to her family as a wife and proud mother of three, reflecting her passion for helping others both personally and professionally.
