She is well-versed in CHAP, ACHC, and JCAHO accreditations, ensuring healthcare organizations meet and exceed industry standards. In 2015, she contributed to the development of Curaport, an education platform offering webinars tailored to the home health and hospice industries. A dedicated advocate for healthcare excellence, Lorie actively participates in the Home Health and Hospice Financial Management Association (HHFMA), serving on multiple committees and mentorship programs. As a certified consultant with the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) in home health and hospice, she leverages her strong background in process improvement and customer relationship management to optimize client outcomes and satisfaction. As the Chief Clinical Officer of Healthcare Office Solutions LLC, Tina plays a pivotal role in guiding healthcare organizations toward innovative, data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and quality of care.
With a comprehensive background in operations, business office management, education, workforce development, and accreditation processes, she has successfully led transformative initiatives across various healthcare sectors. Her expertise in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) implementation and process development has been instrumental in optimizing healthcare workflows, improving documentation efficiency, and enhancing overall patient care. She has led EMR system rollouts, ensuring seamless integration into clinical and administrative processes while maximizing user adoption and operational effectiveness.
As a former Business Office Manager in home health and hospice, Tina gained valuable experience in financial operations, compliance, and strategic planning—critical components in delivering high-quality patient care. Additionally, she spearheaded efforts to establish and accredit healthcare facilities, including successfully taking an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) from concept to full accreditation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering excellence in care delivery.
